Talk
Start with an in-depth conversation about your history, concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Medicine Before You Need It.
Maine Performance & Longevity Center is a membership-based medical practice for men, focused on proactive, personalized healthcare that helps you better understand risk, support performance, and make informed decisions about your long-term health.
Start with what you’re noticing
Your symptoms don’t come with a diagnosis attached. We look at the whole picture before recommending what comes next.
Tired even when you’re getting enough sleep?
→Motivation or focus not what it used to be?
→Doing the same things—but getting different results?
→Taking longer to bounce back?
→Sleeping—but not waking refreshed?
→Changes in libido or performance?
→These concerns are common. Their causes aren’t always obvious. That’s why we measure before we treat →
Don’t Have Symptoms? Even Better.
You don’t have to wait until something is wrong to understand your health. Establish a meaningful baseline, identify modifiable risks and opportunities, and track what changes over time.
Explore proactive careThe MPLC difference
A thoughtful, five-step process turns your history, measurements, and goals into a plan you can understand—and progress you can actually follow.
Start with an in-depth conversation about your history, concerns, lifestyle, and goals.
Establish your baseline with vitals, advanced body composition analysis, strength testing, advanced labs, and diagnostics when appropriate.
Review what your results mean in context—not simply whether they fall inside a reference range.
Create an individualized strategy for nutrition, training, sleep, recovery, and medical treatment when appropriate.
Measure, adjust, and repeat through quarterly evaluations so your plan can evolve with you.

Advanced body composition
Weight is only one number. The InBody 580 provides a more complete picture of your body composition—helping us understand muscle, body fat, visceral fat, and how those measurements change over time.
Meet Your Provider
After graduating from the Yale University School of Medicine Physician Associate Program, I returned to the Bangor area, where I have practiced internal medicine since 2013. I have seen firsthand the value of strong, evidence-based medical care—and recognized that many people want more time, a clearer picture of their risks, and a proactive medical relationship.
I created Maine Performance & Longevity Center to provide that kind of care.
My goal is to build a long-term partnership with each patient. By combining your history and goals with objective measurements, advanced laboratory testing when appropriate, and evidence-based medicine, we can identify risk, address opportunities, and follow your progress over time.
Ultimately, this isn’t about chasing numbers or promising a longer life. It’s about helping you remain healthy, capable, and engaged in the life you want to live—for as long as possible.

Built for how you live
“I want my patients to understand their health, know their risks, and have a clear plan for what they can do about them. Most importantly, I want to build the kind of medical relationship that allows us to work toward those goals together over time.”
