Your initial consultation establishes the foundation for your care and includes:

Comprehensive health history

Your medical and family history, current concerns, medications, supplements, lifestyle, and goals.

Baseline measurements

Vital signs, InBody 580 body composition analysis, and grip-strength assessment.

Individualized testing recommendations

Laboratory testing selected for your health and goals.

Laboratory testing occurs after your initial consultation and is billed separately by the laboratory.

Quarterly in-office provider visits
Repeat InBody 580 body composition analysis
Ongoing review and optimization of your personalized care plan
Secure patient portal access for questions related to your care
Guidance related to medications, supplements, nutrition, and physical activity
Follow-up laboratory testing when clinically appropriate*

*Laboratory testing, medications, supplements, and services provided outside MPLC are not included in the membership fee.

Follow-up laboratory testing may be recommended to objectively measure progress, evaluate response to treatment or lifestyle changes, and identify where adjustments may be needed.

As your health changes, your care plan can change with it. This may include adjusting medications or supplements—including reducing or discontinuing treatment when improvements in your health change what is clinically necessary.

Laboratory testing and associated costs are separate from the membership fee.
